A traditional handmade farmhouse cheese. Carrick has a deep, nutty and earthy flavour. The aroma is rich and earthy, and the texture is firm and with a creamy finish. It will dry naturally with age.
Made with raw, organic milk from our cow with calf dairy farm.
Winner of a Silver Medal at the 2018 Artisan Cheese Awards.
Made with vegetarian rennet with traditional methods used throughout. The cheeses are matured on wooden shelves and are turned weekly.
