Delivery details
We deliver within the UK and also internationally.
For international, Ireland, Highlands and Islands orders please contact us by email for a shipping quote.
Shipping costs will be added upon checkout.
To make shipping charges as fare as possible we have calculated it as follows:
1 Light item £1.50
1 Standard item £4.00
1 Heavy item £5.00
each light item there after additional 20p
each standard item thereafter additional 25p
each heavy item thereafter additional £0.50
Set hampers £9.50
Any damaged goods must be reported immediately.
All goods will be despatched and delivered within 7 days.
Hampers will be created individually and will be made up on receipt of payment.
We will endeavour to have your order ready for dispatch with 24 hours, our distribution agent is Royal Mail although this may differ, all deliveries being a 24-48 hour service.
Last orders for Christmas delivery within the UK will be the 17th December. We can still take orders for local delivery as long as we have the stock.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or Bank Holidays unless local.
We normally dispatch daily from Monday to Friday, however we do not dispatch orders on a Friday which contains fresh chilled goods. If you require a Saturday delivery please email us and we will give you a delivery price.
Specific Date Delivery:
We can send your hamper or gift to arrive on the date of your choice ie for Birthdays, Anniversary etc. When ordering please just add the date you require
All specific date deliveries usually require 5 days notice to process so please order within this time frame.
On receipt of payment we will email you a confirmation note and expected delivery date, although during December we may not be able to guarantee specific delivery days.
